Before any product leaves the drawing board, Abcor's first tests it virtually, and then physically. Our Design Validation process uses advanced Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, including ANSYS and LS-DYNA, to simulate real-world performance long before production begins.

Through Finite Element Analysis (FEA), our engineers can accurately predict how a component will respond to stress, vibration, heat, and impact. Every weld, bend, and fastener is digitally analysed to ensure maximum strength, durability, and safety under the toughest operating conditions.
